Texture & Scent:

This facial foam is quite foamy and soft once out of the bottle, which is quite lovely to use! :D One pump is enough to cover my entire face already! :) This facial foam rinses clean without any residue behind! :D

This one smells quite funny actually - it smells chemical-ly with a hint of freshly baked buns! lol!!! XD

Packaging:

Brand new in shrink wrap!! :D

This facial foam comes in a cute roundish bottle with a pump that dispenses fine foam!

The pump:

Price & Availability:
This facial foam costs RM39.90 and should be available at most Guardian outlets in Malaysia. Unfortunately this is available for only a short while, so grab yours while you can! :D

My $0.02:

This facial foam brings back fond memories of a discontinued foaming cleanser i've used eons ago! It really reminds me of how lush foam cleansers can actually feel against your skin! lol!! :D

Ok enough drama. Lets go straight unto the review! Despite many reviews that this one is a little drying on the skin, i decided to throw caution to the wind and just go ahead and buy this. And after using this for about a month or so already, I'm happy to report that this didn't dry out my skin at all! :D

In fact, after incorporating this into my skin care regime, I find that my blemishes healed really quickly! I had a stubborn bout of those a few weeks ago, and to my amazement, after using this for a week or so, my pimples have healed!! But the real magic happens the morning after I washed my face before bedtime - my skin looks positively clean and clear!!! :D

The only thing i didn't like about this one?? How can something this amazing be Limited Edition??? :( :( :( But it's certainly good to know that it's permenantly available across the border! :D

That being said, I do think that this is an amazing drugstore product, and I'll repurchase for sure! :D

  1. Jenn, since you've tried I think all of H/L's facial washes, which do you think would be great for someone with blackheads+oily complexion?

There's so many to try, but I'm not willing to fork out RM35 for a bottle I hate :(

  2. Definitely the AHA / BHA ones. But everybody's skin is different though, so its really hard for me to say for sure! Maybe you can get the small tube to try out first? :)

  4. Thanks Jenn! I was thinking of trying that out as well, especially since only that cleanser has the smaller (read: cheaper) size, but I couldn't find it :/
