Pigmentation & Color:

I personally love all 3 colors Eyeko picked out for me! :D Posh is a beautiful taupe, Tea Rose is a sweet Barbie pink and Coral is a red hot well, coral!! :D Out of the 3, Posh is the least pigmented, followed by Coral and Tea Rose respectively. One coat of Tea Rose is enough for me!! :D

Posh:

2 coats

Tea Rose:

1 coat

Coral:

2 coats. Please excuse the sloppy application! :P

Please bear with my stubby nails! I'm terribly self concious about them so thats why you don't see me posting any NOTD pics prior to this! :P

Texture & Scent:
Coral and Tea Rose both have a beautiful formulation! They go on smoothly and do not streak at all! :D Posh on the other hand, is a quite goopy and hard to apply! All 3 polishes have the usual "polish" smell and its quite strong! :S

Packaging:

These polishes come in a slim bottle with the usual brush cap applicator. Posh comes with a brush with a few strands which were longer:

These strands make application a little streaky! :S

Time Test:
I didn't test these polishes out on my hand because most (in fact all) polishes don't last though a hairwash for yours truthly without any chipping!

Price & Availability:
These polishes cost £3.50 each and are available online at Eyeko.com! If you plan to get all 3 colors do check out their New Polish sale set where you can get these 3 along with Petite and Vampira (gorgeous!!) for the price of 4 polishes only (£14 instead of £17.50) :D

My $0.02:

To be honest I'm never keen on reviewing nail polishes because I'm terribly self concious about my short stubby nails as i've mentioned above. I almost never put any polish on my digits too because of this reason! So when Eyeko contacted me to review their polish i was naturally apprehensive, but decided to go ahead anyways (must be feeling extra advanturous that day). And i'm sooo glad that i did!! :D

Of the three, i'm in love with both Coral and Tea Rose! Coral reminded me abit of Revlon's Red Hot Tamale (which i will review soon) but a bit more orange and it looks totally hot! The texture's amazing too!! :D

Tea Rose has been a color that i wanted to purchase for a long long time, and so i'm thrilled that they sent me this color! It's the perfect girly pink! :D

Posh on the other hand was a bit goopy and hard to apply evenly, but the color's beautiful which is quite a shame!

Out of the 3, it's clear which ones i like ya? I'll repurchase Coral and Tea Rose for sure! I'm dying to try out some other shades too!! :D

Check out what the other girls think about Eyeko nail polishes:

  6. For that price, I honestly think China Glaze and OPI are better buys on www.transdesign.com
Don't be too conscious of your nails. They look fine. In fact, I like to tell people that nice, down to earth ladies have sensible nails like yours! ;-) You're a sweetheart.
