Ok people, i'm officially running out of colors to use!! haha!! :D This is a really simple smokey look that would flatter all skintones! :D This is my first time using the Manor Eyeshadow from the 6 Metallic Eyes Palette too... i love how the green iridescent matches the Henna eyeshadows perfectly! :D

Tips for buying stuff off Ebay:

1. Always check the seller's rating! Beware of sellers with a alot of bad ratings (eg. people complaining about not receiving the item from seller / item is grossly misrepresented / etc)! Personally i won't transact with sellers whose positive rating is less than 98%.

2. Not everything on Ebay is cheap! Some are just outrageously priced. Always shop around for the best deals!

3. Beware of fakes! Always buy from sellers who offer money back guarantee on authenticity issues!

4. Do check the shipping charges before purchasing / bidding on the item. There are unscrupulous sellers out there who charge crazy amounts for shipping. It's simply NOT worth it!

5. If the seller offers insurance, take it! Most sellers will not be responsible for missing / damaged items if you do not purchase insurance. The extra dollar or two is well worth the headache you don't have to go through! :D

6. Always opt for shipping methods which can be traced. Items lost in post is not that common, but it can happen (especially with dishonest sellers who claim that they have posted the item out but you never recevied it!)!


I hope this helps some of you who're new to shopping on Ebay! :D Shopping on Ebay can be a fun thing to do, but it may also bring you unnecessary worry and frustrations if you're not careful! I personally think that they're abit lacking in pigmentation, though they're quite fine and apply smoothly! The 005 Venetian Blue looks like a possible dupe for the MAC Electric Eel eyeshadow! :D

These go for RM25 each, and should be available at all Revlon displayers at most Watsons / Guardian / Your local supermarket! :D

Texture & Scent:


This lotion is really runny, so be careful when you pour it out from the bottle! This is supposed to be fragrance free, but it has a very light scent! :)

The bottle i have is the 250ml one which comes with a flip top cap. There's also the 500ml and 1000ml pump bottle ones available!

I wish they would make the hole smaller, since this lotion is so runny!! :P

But don't worry, the ingredients are still the same! :)

Time Test:
This lotion sinks into your skin immediately, which is great! My skin feels moisturized for up to 4-5 hours before i feel the need to reapply.

Price & Availability:
This lotion is priced at RM28.90 (i don't know if they're raised the price or not since i bought this almost a year ago), and should be available at most pharmacies and some Watsons outlets! :)

Usage:
I use this as a day moisturizer as it doesn't leave behind a sticky feeling! :)


My $0.02:

This is actually "prescribed" to my husband during his visit to a dermatologist for an allergy bout where his skin was itchy and peeling! I stole some of this to use, and i actually loved it!!

First up, it's really light and it doesn't leave a sticky feeling behind, which is great for our humid Malaysian weather (sticky lotions + humid weather = DISGUSTING!!! lol!)! It does a decent job at moisturizing the skin, and i love that the formulation is actually very skin friendly (good enough for Ezcema sufferers / Babies / the elderly!)! :)

This is also great for soothing itchy skin due to dryness!! I'm almost always in an air-conditioned room 24/7 so the dry skin on my legs can end up pretty scaly and itchy sometimes (especially after baths - doesn't help that i LOVE bathing in rather hot water! :P)! The relief i get from this lotion is instantaneous, and with constant use, my skin is smooth and moisturized again!! :)

So, the conclusion is, i will definitely repurchase this lotion once in a while, especially when i'm sick of all those heavily scented ones! :D

Silkygirl Blink Glitter Eyeliner & Precision Liquid Eyeliner Swatches

Here're the swatches for all the Silkygirl Blink Glitter Eyeliner and Precision Liquid Eyeliner! :D



I totally DO NOT recommend using the Blink Glitter liners AT ALL because 1, they do not go on evenly and 2, those glitter chunks DO FALL OUT!! That's definitely something you don't want anywhere near your eyes!! These liners go for RM13.90 each!

The Precision Liquid liner however, is AMAZING!! The felt tip offers maximum control, and the black is about as black as a black can get (lol!!)! :D I'm hoping that they release more colors (or at least, a brown!!)! :D This liner sells for RM16.90 each.

This scrub is like your usual foaming scrub, but it has lots of scrubby bits in it (more so than the usual ones!)! The apricot seed powders are just alright for me, but it may be a little harsh for those of you who prefer a gentler scrub! The scent smells like a mellowed down version of the CK be perfume from Calvin Klein, which is amazing!! :D

I got suckered into buying this when i saw the Buy 1 Free 1 sale at Boots when i was in Bangkok! This was already on sale at 100 Baht (approx. RM10.42 / US$2.89) only, but to get another one free at that price is really a steal! :D

I didn't place much hope in this product because in my narrow mind, house brands usually suck! But this one really surprised me!

It's really scrubby despite being a foaming scrub (unlike some *koff TBS ones koffffff*), which is great for me because i prefer my scrubs that way!! Also, i like that it exfoliates well but doesn't dry out the skin! And finally, the scent is really nice - like i mentioned above, it smells like the mellowed down version of the old CK be perfume by Calvin Klein!! hehehe!! :D

I regret not buying more of this one when i was there!! But rest assured that i definitely will the next time i'm there! :D

Maybelline Angelfit Flawless Natural Liquid Foundation and Flawless Affinity Foundation Swatches

I've been getting quite a few emails regarding foundation matches for the Maybelline Angelfit liquid foundation so i've decided to swatch all the shades available here for you, and i hope this helps those of you who don't have access to the testers for this to choose a shade for yourself! :)

I'm NC20-25, and the best match for my skintone is W02 Natural Buff! I know i said in my review that the W02 Natural Buff shade is the darkest, but it seems like now they've released two even darker shades (N03 and W07 Apricot Sand), so there's hope afterall for tanned babes! :D

This foundation sells for RM39.90, and should be available at all Maybelline displayers at Watsons / Guardian / Your local supermarket! :D


And since i was already at it, i thought i may as well swatch the Flawless Affinity Foundation as well, so here it is! :D

Just in case you're wondering, the OC1 Light Ochre shade is the best match for me :)

Some of you may know that my husband has been hospitalized since yesterday for suspected dengue. His blood test came back negative for that, but he's still in the hospital for furhter observation until he gets better.

This mask is really, really wet!! I wiped my entire body with the used mask and it's still quite moist after that!! Thankfully the essence from the mask is kinda thick though (gel-like), so it doesn't drip! Surprisingly this does not leave a sticky feel behind although it's so thick! This product is perfume free, so it does not have any synthetic fragrance, but it does have the typical "fragrance free" scent though!!

This mask comes in a card board "envelope" thingy housing it!! The mask itself is wrapped in the usual foil pack:



And for once, i found a mask that fits my face almost perfectly!!! :D



Time Test:
15 minutes is all you need! :)

Since this does not brighten the face, i think it is more suited to use as a hydrating mask!

While this one did moisturize my face as well as the Aqua Sensation mask, it did not brighten as well as the latter despite this being a BRIGHTENING mask!
