I personally think that they're abit lacking in pigmentation, though they're quite fine and apply smoothly! The 005 Venetian Blue looks like a possible dupe for the MAC Electric Eel eyeshadow! :D
These go for RM25 each, and should be available at all Revlon displayers at most Watsons / Guardian / Your local supermarket! :D
What'd think of these shadows? :D

one thing i find about revlon eyeshadows is, i don't know why they are just not pigmented, eg, the mineral eyeshadow is almost a total crap. even silky girl can do better. why oh why? have they not tested it?
ReplyDeletelol!! I have to agree with you on this one... though i think their mineral ones are alright, just that the colors are too light! :P
ReplyDeleteYeah silkygirl eyeshadows rock!! so cheap somemore! :D
Thanks for the swatches! I haven't seen these yet and I don't quite like working with matte shadows but I'm always up to experimentation :) Even Dior's fall look is sporting some Matt so perhaps Matt shadows are now in?
ReplyDeletegah!!! I was invited to the preview for the shadows but I can't go :( Venetian Blue and Tempting Teal are so pretty! *sobs*
ReplyDeleteParis: yeah same here!! But i'm actually slowly warming up to them! Some MAC and Stila matte shades are so smooth and pigmented! :D I'll have to say that matte eyeshadows photograph so beautifully!! :D
ReplyDeleteConnie: aiyo, what a pity!!!
ReplyDeleteYeah Venetian Blue really stood out to me!! :D
maybe with a base like UDPP or TFSI will make them more pigmented? :P
ReplyDeletebut they look mighty nice!
i saw them but never really gave much thoughts la. i dun have a thing for MU buying d. >_<
Yeah... or maybe under paint pots or the benefit cream shadows! :D
ReplyDeleteit's a good thing, no?? :P
I am drawn to tempting teal!!! I have a couple of matte shadows but not a lot!!! they look like they're good! thanks for the swatches. The neutral ones are great for weddings..
ReplyDeleteicic... same here!! i think i only have 2 but i can't wait to get more! :D
ReplyDeleteYou're most welcome! Yes, matte shades are perfect for weddings! :D
Very pretty! I sure with a good primer and base, these colors should look quite alright! I'm loving Venetian Blue!
ReplyDeleteFor some reason, I find them a tad gritty. Can't decide if I like them or not. Let's just say NOT and save me some money. Hee hee!
ReplyDeleteDee: yeah... i'm sure the colors will be brighter with a good base!!
ReplyDeleteI love Venetian Blue too!! :D
Tine: ahahaha!! Yeah, if you're unsure about something that doesn't quite call out to you, skip and thy wallet shalt be happy! XD
