With the economy going into recession, do you plan to spend less on makeup / skin care items? Spill the beans girls! :D

Interesting eh? Women actually BUY MORE makeup during recession.

As for me... I am quite oblivious to the world's economy. My economy currently isn't as bad as the past two months so which means I'm making more purchases! on average I'd probably spend RM100-RM150 a month on cosmetics. Sometimes less sometimes more.

That's really interesting to know!! Same here... i spend the same amount irregardless of the current world economic situation!! =X

i go like a few hundred bucks? yeah, usually that's the case :P

wow, that's alot! you really can be hailed as the Queen of Shopping already! haha! :D

muahahahaha~ i have no life other than shopping and working LOL!

I'm real particular about skincare products, so unless my supplies deplete, I very rarely buy new stuff. So that one not counted :p

As for makeup, I guess it's a maximum of AUD100 a month? Or is that every two weeks?

Crap.

lol Plue!! That makes the two of us here! I shop when i'm sad, but i shop even more when i'm happy!! God help me!!! :S

Tine... ahahaha i don't count my skin care stuff too... cuz they're a "necessity"!! :P

lol girls, i think if we sum up how much our cosmetic collection is worth, we (and our other halves) will faint! hahaha!! XD

J: I don't even wanna count. But then I'm good at buying cheapo stuff :p I like quantity.

ahahaha!! i know this sounds crazy, but i love staring at my cosmetic collection!! i'll lay them all out and be all starry eyed and smitten!! lol!! XD

I like staring at new stuff but now my collection getting kinda inferior (school = no time to work = no money = no new BIG haul) so I feel sad when I see such old stuff. huhu

awww... let me give you a hug!! school will be over soon ya? Hang in there! :D

i also miss hauling!! (though my wallet and husband definitely appreciates that! hahaha!!)

im never able to work (med students got only 1 month break yearly)..so,yeah..i cut down on fud (less thn rm 7 daily)n phonebill (less thn rm 30 mnthly)...n use my teeny weeny scholarship money...

but then,i use less thn rm50 per mnth for cosmetics..but its a steady output..think about around rm 600/year....hey,dat's a month's worth of scholarship money!!! (gasps)

i never realised~

Ah... I don't really think how much I spend. In fact, I tell myself I rather not look at the bill. ;P Too scary to think about. ;P

For me, skin care's necessity so all I do is just trying to finish up my stock. For makeup, I still indulge myself a bit when something new come out. Bad bad me!

BTW, I love your blog. Very thoroughly.
